We store it so you can access it, and that's about it. We don't read your pages, sell your data, or use your writing to train AI models. Your content exists solely to serve you. When you delete something, it's permanently removed. No hidden copies, no secondary use.
Yes. Invite anyone by email to a page or sheet, see who's online with live presence indicators, and watch edits sync in real time. Threaded comments are built in too.
Yes. Export pages as Markdown, PDF, Word, or plain text. Export sheets as CSV. Your work is never locked into cDox.
Yes. cDox is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, on Google Play for Android, and there are native desktop apps for Mac, Windows, and Linux, all with the same privacy guarantees as the web app. See all the apps.
Yes, anytime, right from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes it along with all of your pages, folders, and comments. There's no waiting period and no support ticket required, and it cannot be undone.
cDox offers a free tier with 50MB of storage and up to 3 public links. If you need more, Pro is available for $8/month or $70/year, unlocking 500MB and unlimited public links.
Not at all. Anyone, anywhere can use cDox, and we'd love to see more people from outside Canada using it. We host on independent servers in Montreal, so your data falls under Quebec and Canadian privacy law, among the strictest in North America. Because cDox is a Canadian company, your data also isn't exposed to foreign laws that can force other providers to hand over user data no matter where it's stored.
